Project Overview - Tallington Lodge Care Home
Linestyle Architecture were commissioned by our clients Country Court Care to design a purpose built care home for the elderly. Given the site constraints a basement with all back of house services has been incorporated into the design allowing the full optimisation of the ground floor and 1st floor for resident use. Tallington Care Home was awarded the ‘Best Regeneration Project’ at the 2020 Pinders Awards.
The development was procured using a ‘design and build’ route with all works on site being monitored by the client.
