We pride ourselves in developing excellent relationships with clients, helping them to realize and achieve their business and financial objectives. We have a proven record in obtaining planning consents and building control approvals, regardless of scheme complexity.
Care.
Linestyle have vast working of education based projects from Sure Start nurseries to school extensions and refurbishment projects.
Healthcare
We have an extensive knowledge of this sector including the design and construction of care homes to ABI care facilities. With a working understanding of CQC regulations and design regulations.
We have also worked with a number of private care operators in the design of care home extensions and internal refurbishment projects to meet current CQC regulations.
Leisure.
Our team have experience in this sector having worked on both 25m and 50m swimming pools and their associated leisure facilities.
Residential.
Linestyle undertake residential commissions for all types of residential schemes from bespoke houses to volume house building.
To ensure the highest quality product we aim to be actively involved with each stage of the project from concept to completion.
Retail.
We have worked on numerous retail schemes from large European retail construction schemes to ‘one off’ bespoke retail outlets for small retailers.
We offer a practical yet design orientated approach to our retail design schemes by relying on an understanding of the way in which retailers operate.
